Nandanam Physiotherapy Centre

We've been running the Nandanam Physiotherapy Centre over here on Banaswadi Main Road for quite some time now. You can find us at No 2 on the 5th Main, it's pretty much right next to the SBI Bank which makes it easy to explain to people coming for the first time. The place is fairly straightforward, nothing too flashy or fancy about it. We mostly deal with the usual stuff like back aches, neck stiffness, and people recovering from minor accidents or surgery. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on the main road, but inside it stays relatively calm so we can focus on the exercises. We have a few treatment tables and some basic equipment for stretching and strengthening. It is just a small local spot where we try to help folks get back on their feet without making things complicated. Most of our regulars live nearby in the Banaswadi area and just walk over for their sessions. Sometimes we get a bit backed up if a session runs long, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a big hospital, just a dedicated space for physio near the bank. If you are looking for us, just look for the 5th Main turning. It’s a practical setup and we like keeping it that way because it feels more personal for the people who come in every week. We stay pretty busy throughout the day and help everyone.
