Namratha Technologies

Namratha Technologies is tucked away at Mig 135 on Third Main, 5th Cross in Nava Nagar. We are right behind the Canara Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us once they get into the residential lanes. It’s a bit quieter here than the main markets, which I actually prefer. We work on all sorts of tech issues, from fixing broken laptops to helping people get their home internet working right. The office is basically one big room filled with workbenches and soldering stations. I usually have a few cups of tea throughout the day while I’m looking at circuit boards or waiting for software to install. It’s not a corporate setup at all; it’s more like a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. We have a lot of regular customers from the Nava Nagar area who just walk over when something stops working. Sometimes I have to go out on calls to people’s houses, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two. I try to leave a note on the door when that happens. We don’t have a receptionist or anything, so when you call, you’re just talking to me or my assistant. We like keeping it small and manageable. It’s just about doing the work properly and making sure the gadgets are running again for the neighbors. It is simple and honest work.
