Nagesh C V

I’ve been here at 33 Gange Patelamma Temple Street in Basavanagudi for a while now. It’s a busy little corner. You can usually hear the bells from the temple nearby when they’re doing the morning prayers. I started this because I just wanted to do something of my own under my name, Nagesh C V. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a place where I get things done. Most days, I’m just sitting at my desk, looking out at the street. People walk by, cows sometimes block the way, and the neighbors always stop to chat about the weather or the traffic. Basavanagudi has changed so much since I was a kid, but this street still feels like the old Bangalore. I like that. It keeps things grounded. I don't really have a big team or anything, just a few people who help out when it gets busy. We don’t spend much time on fancy meetings. We just pick up the phone, talk to whoever needs help, and try to finish the work before the sun goes down. Sometimes I stay late if there's a lot to catch up on, but usually, I like to wrap up and walk down the lane to get some coffee. It’s a simple way of working. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We just show up, do the job, and go home.
