Radiant Apparels is located in Bangalore, specifically at No. 189/1 in the Narayanaswamy Layout. It’s in the Nagavarapalya area, near the C. V. Ram An Nagar post office. This part of Bangalore is quite busy, but our layout is a bit more tucked away from the main road. We have a decent-sized space here where we handle all the apparel work and administration. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls; it’s a functional building where people actually get their hands dirty. We have a lot of sewing stations and cutting tables arranged across the floor. The rhythm of the place is set by the machines and the workers. Most of the staff have been with us for a while, so we all know the daily routine. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so we try to get things started early before the roads get completely blocked with commuters. We don't have a big corporate feel here at all. We’re just a group of people making clothes and trying to get them sent out on time. The area has some nice trees around, which helps with the afternoon heat during the summer months. We usually have lunch together in the break area near the back. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with the daily issues as they come up, like a machine breaking down or a late delivery of thread. We’ve been at this Narayanaswamy Layout spot for years and it serves us well for what we need to get done every day.
