Nagaraju N

My name is Nagaraju N and I work out of 14 Xavier Layout. It’s a relatively quiet residential area, which is nice for getting things done without too much noise from the main roads. I've been based here for a few years now. I don't have a big team or a fancy storefront with glass windows. It’s just a simple setup in a regular building that works for me. I mostly handle local projects and help people with their property or construction needs. My office is basically just a room with a desk, a computer, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. I’m usually out on the road visiting sites or meeting people at their homes to discuss plans, so I'm not always at the desk. I like the independence of working this way. It means I can talk directly to everyone and there’s no middleman to confuse things. Sometimes I get backed up with work and have to tell people to wait a week or two, but I try to be honest about my schedule. People in Xavier Layout are good neighbors and we look out for each other. I don’t do a lot of advertising or marketing. Usually, someone just gives my name and number to a friend. I’m not a big corporation with a mission statement. I just try to do the work properly so people don’t have to call me back to fix things. It’s a simple way of living and working. I enjoy the variety of the jobs I get every day.
