Killari Road is a very busy place to be. My address is 172/24, and if you have ever been down this way, you know how crowded the streets can get with all the carts and people moving around. It’s an old part of the city, and it feels like it. My office is right in the thick of it all. There is a lot of noise throughout the day, from people shouting to the sounds of vehicles trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. I’ve been working out of this small space for a long time. It’s not the kind of place where you come for a quiet meeting. It’s more of a functional spot where things get done quickly. I spend most of my time managing orders and talking to people who walk in off the street. The space inside is quite tight because we have to make use of every inch we have for storage and workspace. It’s often a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps the air moving. I don't have a fancy sign or anything, just the door number that is painted on the side. Most of my day is spent on my feet or on the phone dealing with suppliers. It’s a rough and tumble kind of environment, but it’s where I’ve built everything from the ground up. There isn't any room for extras here, just the essentials for the work we do every day and the people who depend on us.
