We’re located over in Jaya Nagar, specifically in the 6th Block on 27th Cross Road. If you know where the Ayyappaswamy Temple is, we are sitting right opposite that on the first floor. The address is 151, A/4. It is a very busy corner of the neighborhood, especially during temple festivals when the streets get packed. We do a lot of tech support and hardware repair work here. The stairs leading up to our office are a bit narrow and steep, so you have to be careful when you come up. We have been in this same spot for several years now. Most people around the area just know us as the local tech guys who fix things. We have a few long workbenches set up in the back where we take apart computers and other gadgets. It’s definitely not a fancy corporate office with leather chairs. It is just a place filled with tools, cables, and spare parts. We try to get through the repair pile as quickly as we can every day. Usually, one of us is sitting near the front to help anyone who walks through the door. The view of the temple from our main window is actually quite nice in the evenings. We get a fair amount of foot traffic because of where we are located. We don't really do much marketing at all. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby.
