We have been running things from our office in Soumya Clusters for a good while now. It’s located on the first floor, G-02, right on 7th Cross in Garden Villas. Bangalore is a big place, but we like being in this particular corner of it. Our day-to-day involves a lot of looking at sites and talking to people about their homes. It’s not a big corporate operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it is just a few of us here making sure the projects stay on track. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks, a lot of files, and a few chairs for when people come in to chat. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most of the people we work with found out about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We focus on the building part of the job and try to handle the paperwork as best we can. Sometimes the city's traffic makes it hard to get to every site on time, but we do our best. Garden Villas is a relatively quiet spot, which helps when we need to get through the technical side of development. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Bangalore since we started. If you are looking for us, we are just near the corner where the trees are. It is a practical way to work and it seems to suit us just fine.
