Mythri Physio Clinic

Mythri Physio Clinic is located at No.1991 on the 3rd Cross in J P Nagar. We are very close to the J P Nagar Police Station, which makes it easy for people to find us. Most of what we do involves helping people move better after they’ve had an injury or if they just have old aches that won't go away. We have some mats, some weights, and machines for heat treatment. It’s not a gym, but sometimes it feels like one because of all the stretching going on. The clinic is usually quiet, except for the sound of someone trying to get through their exercises. We see a lot of elderly folks from around the 560078 area who just want to keep walking without trouble. Then there are the younger ones who hurt themselves playing sports or sitting at their desks for too long. We don't use a lot of medical jargon here. We just show you how to move and where to put the pressure. The space is clean and functional. Sometimes we run behind schedule if a patient needs a bit more time with their movements, but people are usually patient about it. There’s a nice breeze that comes through the window in the afternoons. It’s just a normal place where we work on muscles and joints. We’ve been here in J P Nagar for a bit and know the local rhythm. We just do the work.
