We’ve got our little office set up over in Rajajinagar, specifically at 764 in the Ranchhod Park Society. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads outside. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so setting up the travel business in this society felt like the right thing to do. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that out front. Usually, people just see our cars parked nearby or they know us from living in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they need to be. The office is basically just a few chairs and a desk with a lot of notebooks piled up. We keep track of all the bookings by hand mostly because it's just easier for us that way. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just us drinking tea and waiting for the next trip to be booked. We know the roads out of the city pretty well. Traffic in Rajajinagar can be a headache in the evenings, but we’ve learned all the back lanes to avoid the worst of it. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep things moving and make sure people get to their destination without too much trouble. It’s been our life for many years now.
