Our office is located at No 301 on the 4th floor of the Keerthi Royale Apartments. It's right there on the Outer Ring Road in Bangalore. If you know that area, you know how the traffic can be. It’s a constant sound in the background. We have a modest setup for Mycelium Software Services Pvt Ltd. It feels more like a lived-in space than a cold office. We’ve got our computers set up and a small area for breaks. We write software and deal with tech issues most of the day. There’s no receptionist at the front. Usually, whoever isn't too busy just opens the door when someone knocks. We don't have any flashy signs or posters on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards with scribbles on them. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I suppose. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team of people who know how to code. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don’t work right the first time. We eat our lunch together most days. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a practical way to work and it seems to suit us just fine. We just do the work.
