We aren't in one of those huge tech parks. Instead, we are in a more residential-feeling layout. It makes the workday feel a bit more grounded. The office is just a regular building where we’ve set up our servers and workstations. We work on grid technologies and other technical stuff. It’s a lot of data and numbers most of the time. We don't have a receptionist. If you ring the bell, one of the engineers will probably come and let you in. The vibe is pretty quiet. We mostly keep to ourselves and get the work done. There are some small shops nearby where we grab tea or a quick snack during the day. The road outside can get a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have a fancy website with glossy photos. We just have our office here and our clients who know what we do. It’s a straightforward operation. No big speeches, no complicated goals. Just a bunch of people who know their way around a computer trying to make a living in Bangalore. We like the neighborhood, it's peaceful enough for us to focus on the tasks at hand. It works for us.
