Mutha Trading Comapany

Balepet is always a bit chaotic with all the traffic and people moving about. Our place, Mutha Trading Comapany, is right in the middle of it at 104 J B R Plaza. It’s not a fancy building, and the sign outside is a little faded from the sun. We are right near the Kapagowda Complax which most people know. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and stacks of paperwork that never seem to go away. My chair squeaks every time I move, but I’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle trading for various goods. It is a lot of phone calls and checking ledgers. The tea boy from the corner shop comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have any big slogans or flashy advertisements. People just find us because we’ve been here for a while. Sometimes the lift in the plaza stops working and we have to walk up, which isn't great in the heat. The windows stay shut to keep out the dust from the street. It’s a simple operation. We focus on getting the orders right and keeping things moving. Nothing too complicated about it. The floor is a bit uneven in the back corner where we keep the old files. We just work with what we have and keep the shop running from morning till evening. It’s a busy life here in Balepet and we enjoy the noise and the constant activity.
