We are located at 726 Kumarswamy Layout. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings downtown. Our space is mostly full of thick books and folders that have been sitting there for years. We have a few desks where we sit and read through papers. It’s not a very modern office, to be honest. We have some old wooden cabinets that are getting a bit hard to open, but they hold everything we need. Most of our work involves a lot of reading and writing, so it stays pretty quiet in here most of the time. We get a fair amount of light through the front window in the mornings, which is nice. The street outside isn't too noisy, except for when the school nearby lets out. We don’t have any fancy signs or neon lights to bring people in. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood. We spend our days dealing with the local courts and paperwork. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but we usually try to head out when the sun goes down. It’s a simple, local practice and we’ve been part of this layout for a good while now.
