We are based at 1893 Vijaya Nagar, specifically in the 2nd Stage area. Our office is right there at the 13th Cross and 4th Main. It is a nice, established part of the city. The office itself is pretty basic, just a place for us to sit and manage our development projects. We’ve lived and worked in Vijaya Nagar for a long time, so we know the streets and the layouts here like the back of our hands. We aren't into big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of the people who come to us are locals or people who were referred by someone we’ve worked with before. We spend a good part of our day out at different sites, checking on how the construction or the layout work is going. It involves a lot of standing around in the sun and talking to workers. When we are in the office, we usually have the newspaper open and some tea on the desk. We have some large maps pinned to the walls so we can show people exactly where a plot or a building is located. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don't have a corporate staff; it’s just us trying to make sure the work gets done right. We like the neighborhood and the people here. It’s a quiet way of doing business, and that suits us just fine.
