People usually find us by looking for the Sujatha Complex, but you have to go all the way to the third floor to get to where we are. We are tucked away in the Commercial Manor section near Dana Bunder on 4th Cross Road. It is a bit of a maze if it is your first time visiting the area. I spend most of my day sitting at the desk, looking out at the other buildings nearby. The area is always moving, especially with all the transport stuff happening around Dana Bunder. My name is Muni Papaiah, and I’ve been running things from this office for a good number of years now. We have some old chairs for visitors, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it keeps the air moving. Dealing with paperwork and talking to people is what fills the hours. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the construction work down the street, but we just wipe the tables and keep going. We don't really do any advertising. Most people who come here were told about us by someone else they know. It is a very local way of doing things. I like being on the third floor because you can see the street life without being right in the middle of the noise. The stairs are narrow, so we tell people to take their time coming up. It’s just a regular office where we do our bit every day.
