It’s a busy part of town, especially near the post office where there are always crowds. We’ve been at this spot for quite a bit. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood where everyone is always moving and there is a lot of noise. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our stuff and handle our business. We don't have a big shiny sign or a lobby with a receptionist. We just have our work and our customers. Usually, the 2nd Cross is a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice when things get hectic. We spend our days answering calls and handling things for people. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just speak plain English and get to the point. We like being in Basaveshwaranagar because it feels like a real community where people know each other. People stop by to chat sometimes even if they don't need anything fixed. We aren't trying to grow into a massive company. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. If you find the post office, you’re basically there.
