Mulla & Mulla

Mulla & Mulla is tucked away at 209 Magrath Road, specifically inside the Regency Enclave at unit 4/13. Magrath Road is usually quite busy because it connects to some major parts of the city, but once you step inside the enclave, it gets a lot quieter. Our office is a modest space where we spend most of our time looking through documents and handling client files. It’s not one of those fancy modern offices with a view. We have some sturdy desks and plenty of bookshelves that are starting to overflow with old records. We have been in this spot for a good amount of time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. The building has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it, which we actually quite like. It’s a calm place to work compared to the chaos of the main road. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the computer. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just try to stay organized and get through the pile of work on our desks. If you're coming to visit, the security at the gate can point you toward our block. It might take a minute to find the right door, but we are usually here.
