If you head down to Peenya and look for Lorry Stand Godown Street, you'll find us at 12A-8/7. It’s a real industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and a lot of noise from the neighboring units. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s a godown-style setup which suits the kind of work we do. There’s no fancy glass front or air-conditioned lobby here, just a lot of hard work and moving things around. The streets can get pretty muddy when it rains, and finding a parking spot for a small car is nearly impossible with all the lorries parked up. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Most of the staff has been around for years and they know the routine by heart. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the inventory is piling up and other times it’s moving out faster than we can track. It’s a bit chaotic but that’s the nature of being in a place like Peenya. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the real work happens on the floor. It’s a practical business. We drink a lot of tea from the stall at the corner. That’s pretty much how our days go, day in and day out, just keeping the gears turning. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up and get through the list.
