Mspl Limited

At Mspl Limited, we are located at 637 Venkateswar Nilaya in Basaveswara Nagar. This part of Bangalore is actually quite nice, with some trees still left on the streets. Our office is inside the Nilaya, and it feels more like a family place than a big company. We have a few rooms set up with desks and some old metal filing cabinets that have been here since we started. There isn't a lot of flash or polish. We mostly just focus on our projects and keep our heads down. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical stuff. We have a small balcony where we go to talk about things when the office gets too stuffy. Most of the staff live nearby, so we often see each other at the local bakery or the bus stop. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the business at hand. Sometimes we have long meetings that go through the afternoon, and we just order some snacks from the place down the road. It’s a practical, everyday environment. We’ve been at this address for years and we like the routine of it. It’s just how we operate, nothing more and nothing less. Every morning we open up the shutters and get to work on whatever is on the desk.
