Transweave Solution is based out of room 303 in Nirmala Vihar. If you know Bangalore, you know how these residential-turned-office buildings go. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the computers and wires running across the floor, but we make it work. We are on the third floor. The elevator is sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. We just sit at our desks and work on the solutions we provide. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we are all talking at once or trying to solve a technical problem together. We’ve got some plants on the windowsills, but they don't always look very healthy because we forget to water them. The view from 303 is just other buildings and some trees. It’s a regular Karnataka street scene. We stay late quite often, especially when there’s a deadline. We order in food and just keep going. It’s not a polished corporate office with a lobby. It’s just a place where we do our jobs. We’ve been here for a few years and the neighbors are mostly used to us by now. It’s humble but it serves its purpose for what we need to do. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come.
