M/S Taj West End has a presence over here at Muniyappa Gardens in the Kr Puram area of Bangalore. This isn't the main hotel site everyone knows, but it is an important part of our setup. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff from this location. The Kr Puram area is always bustling with the market nearby and the traffic on the main road. Our space in Muniyappa Gardens is pretty straightforward. We have a few rooms set up for staff and storage. It’s not a place for tourists to visit, but it’s where the real work happens behind the scenes. We spend our time managing records and coordinating with the main property. The staff here is a small group. We usually share lunch together and talk about the day's tasks. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use corporate lingo or try to sound more important than we are. We just have a job to do and we do it. The garden area outside is nice, though we don't always have time to sit in it. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones act up, but we just find a way around it. It is just another day of keeping things running for the business. We focus on the tasks at hand and stay busy. There is always plenty to do before we lock up at night.
