Our office is located at number 19 in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. It's a nice part of town, and we’ve been working out of this space for several years. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. At Ms Sundaram Architects Pvt Ltd, we’re just a group of people who are good at figuring out how buildings should be put together. Most days, our desks are piled high with rolls of paper and technical manuals. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to figure out what they need. Whether it's a small house or something a bit bigger, we handle the drawings and the structural details. We spend a lot of time on the road, visiting different sites across the city to make sure the contractors aren't cutting corners. It’s tiring work sometimes, and Rajarajeshwari Nagar traffic doesn't help much, but we enjoy the process of seeing a project go from a few lines on a screen to a real structure. We don't use big buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We're just architects who know how to use a scale ruler and a computer program. If you need a set of plans that make sense and won't fall apart, we're the people you talk to. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the actual work that needs doing. That's really all there is to it.
