M/S Navayuga Engg

Navayuga Engg is based out of Jayanagar 5th Block in Bangalore. We are on the 11th Main Road, specifically at number 20, which is where Raghuveer sits. Jayanagar is one of those older, greener parts of the city that still feels a bit like the old Bangalore, even with all the new shops popping up. Our place is pretty modest. We do engineering work, so there are always drawings and plans lying around the tables. It’s not the kind of place where everyone wears a suit. We are more comfortable in regular clothes, just focusing on the technical side of things. The morning starts with a lot of noise from the street, and we usually grab coffee from the place around the corner. We spend a lot of time discussing projects and how to get things built properly. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deadlines are close, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle it. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It's just a handful of us working together in this house-turned-office. We like the location because it’s easy for everyone to get to. It feels like a real workplace where actual building and planning happen every single day. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the engineering tasks at hand.
