We are located at 1200, 1st Main, 1st Cross in the Beml 5th Stage area of Rajarajeshwari Nagar. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, especially the 1st Block. We started out small, just handling minor construction jobs and paperwork for locals. Over time, the office grew a bit, but we still operate out of the same neighborhood. Our team spends most of the day looking at site plans or talking to contractors on the phone. It gets noisy in the office when everyone is talking at once. We handle a lot of the local building stuff here. People come in to ask about permits or how to get a wall fixed. It's not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a place where you can find us sitting with a cup of tea and some dusty blueprints. We know the streets around here very well because we’ve worked on quite a few of them. The 560098 area code is our home. Sometimes we are out on sites all day and the office is quiet, other times it’s packed with people waiting to discuss their projects. We don't use fancy jargon or big promises. We just look at what needs to be built and figure out how to do it without too much fuss. Building things takes time and we try to be realistic about that when we talk to anyone who walks in. We have a few desks and some old cabinets.
