Naveen Kumar runs the office here in BTM Layout. We are located at number 29 on the 17th B Cross, which is right off the 16th Main. If you know Bangalore, you know BTM is always packed with people, especially students and young folks working in tech. Our office is a bit tucked away from the heaviest traffic, which is nice. We spend our days booking tours and sorting out travel plans for people who want to get away for a bit. It’s a lot of looking at maps and checking flight prices on the screen. The space is simple—a few chairs for people to sit while they wait and a lot of travel posters on the walls that have been there for years. Naveen’s father, Bhaskar, is also a known name around here. We get a lot of walk-ins because there are so many PG hostels and apartments nearby. People just stop by on their way to get groceries to ask about bus tickets or holiday packages. It can get pretty loud outside with all the bikes and cars, but inside we just focus on the work. We don't use any fancy booking systems that are too complicated. It’s mostly just us and the phones. Sometimes we share a bit of news with the regular customers who have been coming to us for years. It’s a small, local business and we like it that way. We don't need a huge office to get people where they need to go.
