You can find us at Sangameshwar Nilaya on Shivaji Road, right near Gandhi Chowk in Dharwad. It’s an old house that was turned into an office space. We are on Chapekar Oni, which is a small lane. Dharwad is a nice town, not too big and not too small. Our office has that old-fashioned feel with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. We have maps pinned to the walls and a few old computers that we use to keep track of things. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, and we just have to sit and wait or use our phones until it comes back. The neighborhood is mostly other small businesses and houses. You can hear the bells from the temple nearby in the mornings. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, mostly just people who have known us for years. We sit around the main table and talk about the routes and the bookings we have for the week. It’s a slow-paced environment. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day. The floors are made of stone and they stay cool even when it’s hot outside. We aren't a big agency, just a local spot where we try to get things right for the people who come to see us. It’s been our daily routine for a long time now and we like it.
