We are Corporate Leisure And Property Developments Pvt. Ltd. and our office is located in the Suncity Apartments on the Sarjapur Outer Ring Road. Specifically, we are in unit 005, which is called Gold Strike. This is in Iblur Village, near the Agara Post in Bangalore, pin code 560034. The area is always buzzing with traffic and new buildings going up, which makes sense since we work in property development and leisure projects. Raghavendra Y is the one heading things up here in our small office. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with a dozen floors; it is just a functional office where we can get our work done in peace. We spend a lot of time looking at land documents, floor plans, and development schedules. Bangalore is growing so fast that there is always a new project to look at or a piece of land to evaluate for someone. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say to people. We just work with the clients who come to us looking to develop something or manage a property they own. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to get anything finished in this city. We like being right here on the Outer Ring Road because it’s easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a nightmare most days. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the local development scene as best as we can.
