Mrg Group

Our office is over in the BDA Layout in Neelsandra, Bangalore. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood. We have the usual mix of houses and small businesses nearby. We do a bit of everything here under the MRG Group name. It’s mostly about managing projects and keeping track of things. The weather here is usually good, which makes the commute easier. We don't have a huge glass skyscraper. Our place is pretty modest. We like it that way. It keeps us focused on what we need to do. The team is small but we've worked together for a long time. We know each other's habits. Someone always brings snacks in the afternoon. Neelsandra is a busy part of town, so there's always noise from the street. We’ve grown used to it. We don't use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. Other times we leave early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. It’s a simple life here in the BDA Layout. It's pretty quiet compared to the main roads. Inside, the office is just one big room where we all sit together. It makes it easy to ask questions without sending an email. We have an old water cooler that makes a loud glugging sound. We just get the job done.
