I’m Mr Radhakrishna V Sait and I’ve been spending my days over here in Basavanagar for quite a while now. Specifically, you’ll find our place at 1-15/75-2, right in the middle of the Zaveri Bazar area. If you know the bazar, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. It’s a noisy place with people everywhere, but that’s the charm of it. Our shop isn't anything fancy or modern. It’s just a practical space where we sit and do our work every day. We don’t use any of those big marketing words because they don’t really mean much in a market like this. Here, it’s all about being present and doing what needs to be done. I’ve seen many businesses come and go in Zaveri Bazar, but we’ve managed to stay put by just being consistent. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to the small details. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a bit of gossip or a quick tea, which is how things go around here. We don’t have a big staff, just enough to keep things moving. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to us for years. They know the address and they know what to expect. There isn't any polished corporate image to maintain, just the same daily routine that has served us well for a long time. It’s a simple life in a busy market. We just keep the doors open and do our bit.
