Mps Technologies Ltd. is located over at Richmond Circle, specifically in Flat No.38 of the Hmg Amba Bedar building. It’s an interesting spot because Richmond Circle is one of the busiest parts of the city, but once you get up to the flat, things quiet down a little bit. We spend most of our hours staring at screens and typing away. It’s not a massive corporate office with cubicles and a water cooler. It feels more like a home that turned into a workspace. We’ve got desks squeezed into the rooms and cables running along the floor. Sometimes we order food and eat right at our desks because we’re in the middle of solving a problem. The view from the window is mostly just traffic and other buildings, but it’s nice to be in the middle of things. Being in a flat means we have to be a bit careful about how much noise we make so we don't bother the neighbors. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated team working on tech stuff from this apartment. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we like the atmosphere. It’s informal and we don’t have to wear suits or anything like that. We just focus on the code and making sure the systems keep running like they should every single day.
