Mphasis

Our office for Mphasis is located at No.19 in the JHBCS Layout, specifically on Kuswamy Layout Road. We are quite close to the Kadrinahalli Cross in the JP Nagar Post area of Bangalore. We’ve been set up in this spot, care of A.J. Sharief, for a good while now. The building is just a normal one on a regular street. Inside, it’s a working office with plenty of computers and desks. It’s not a place with polished marble floors or fancy lighting. We just have what we need to get through the day. The team here is mostly made up of local people who know this part of Bangalore well. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting with checking our emails and ending with making sure the files are in order. JP Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside. We don’t mind it much because it’s just the way things are here. We don’t use corporate jargon or try to sound like we are part of a giant machine. We are just a group of workers trying to do our jobs correctly. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit for the generator, but we just take that in stride. It’s an honest, simple way to work in a neighborhood we like. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
