Our office is located at 335 on 3rd Main, tucked away in Venkatarangapuram. It’s a busy place with people on phones and computers all day long. We handle various tasks for other businesses who don't have the time or staff to do it themselves. Mostly it’s data and calls. The neighborhood is fairly quiet except for the commute times. We’ve been here for a bit, and the staff is a mix of young folks and some who have been around since the start. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that's just how a BPO works. We try to keep things organized on the 6th Cross. It's not a glamorous job, sitting at a desk for hours, but it pays the bills and keeps the operations running for our clients. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. That's just how it goes in Bangalore sometimes. We have a small break area where people chat about their weekend plans. It’s a straightforward setup. No fancy lobby or anything, just rows of desks and people working through their queues. We focus on getting the numbers right and answering the queries that come in. It’s steady work. We see a lot of faces coming and going through the 3rd Main entrance throughout the shift. Every day is pretty much the same routine of logs and reports.
