We are over here in Bangalore, specifically on the first floor of the building at 5/1, 4th Main. This part of town, near the 1st Cross, gets pretty active during the workday. As a BPO place, things are usually moving along at a steady clip throughout the morning and afternoon. There is almost always someone on a call or typing something up on their computer. It is not the most glamorous work you can find, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills for everyone here. Mphasis Bpo Services Ltd has been in this Karnataka office for a good bit now. We just show up, do the support work, and try to make sure everything runs okay for the clients we serve. It can be a long day sometimes when the call queues are full. But the team is alright and we get along fine. We help each other out when someone gets a tough customer or a weird technical problem. It’s just a regular office life in a busy city. Nothing too special, just honest work. We try to stay focused and get through the pile of tasks every day.
