Our clinic, Move Well Physiotherapy and Pain Relief, is located at No. 310 on 11th Main, right at the 7th A Cross off MEI Road. We’re pretty easy to find because we are right next to the Mel Layout Play Ground on Hessarghatta Main Road. You can usually hear the kids playing or the sound of a cricket game while we’re working inside. It’s a decent area, quite residential, which is why we chose it. Most people come to us when they’re hurting—maybe they tweaked their back or are recovering from some old injury. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a straightforward place with the equipment we need to help people move better. The neighborhood is friendly, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the regulars who walk their dogs past our front door. Hessarghatta Main Road can get a bit crowded with traffic, but our little corner near the playground is a bit more tucked away. We try to keep the atmosphere calm so people can focus on their recovery. It’s not a corporate chain, just a local spot run by people who care about the work. We've been here long enough that people just call us the physio by the playground. If you’re feeling stiff or have some chronic pain that won’t go away, you can find us here most days.
