Mother Special

We are over at plot number 25 in Singasandra. It’s near the Abhayanaidu Studio, so there is always something going on nearby. Being in an apartment building like MGM means we see our neighbors a lot. We started Mother Special because we wanted to have a place right here on Hosur Road. It’s not a fancy showroom. We just have our stuff laid out so people can see it. Banashankari is a big area, but this corner feels like home to us. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a nightmare, but once you get inside the gate, it’s quieter. We spend our mornings checking the stock and talking to people who walk in. Most of the folks who come by live in the apartments or just around the corner. We don’t have a big team or a lot of complicated systems. It’s just us doing the work every day. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a box is late or something is out of stock, we just say so. People seem to appreciate that. We’ve got a small desk near the front where we handle all the paperwork. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. That’s pretty much the story of Mother Special. We are just a local business trying to make things work in this busy part of the city. Nothing too fancy or polished about it, just us.
