Our office is located at 407 in Jayanagar 1st Block, right near the local temple. Being near a temple means there is always some activity going on outside, especially in the mornings when people are coming for prayers. Monuments Advertising has been in this neighborhood for a long time. The office is on a street that gets a lot of shade from the old trees Jayanagar is known for. Inside, it is a bit of a mix of old furniture and some newer computers we use for the design work. We do a lot of stuff like signage, banners, and general advertising for shops around this area. You will often see rolls of vinyl or big boards leaning against the walls waiting to be picked up. It is not a corporate setup by any means; it is more like a workshop where we are always busy with our hands. My desk is usually covered in sticky notes and sketches. We have a small staff and we all know each other well, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed even when we have a deadline breathing down our necks. The bells from the temple are a nice sound to hear throughout the day, and it reminds us of where we are. We like being part of the 1st Block community. It is a straightforward business where we just try to get the signs and the ads right for the people who trust us.
