Montek Systems Private Limited is based over in Somasundara Palya, specifically at No. 34 in the Royal Placid area, 1st Phase. It’s a residential-feeling spot which we actually prefer over the loud industrial zones. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle our daily tech operations. It isn't a massive glass building, just a regular place where a handful of us come to work every morning. Most of the people here have a background in systems and tech, so we spend most of our time looking at screens. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures, so what you see is pretty much what you get. We keep things pretty simple around here. If something needs doing, we just get together and figure it out. The neighborhood is alright, though the roads can get a bit clogged during the evening rush. We usually have a lot of stuff piled up on our desks—manuals, hardware bits, and the occasional snack. We aren't polished or corporate; we just focus on the technical problems that come our way. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of working in Bangalore. We like being part of the community here in the 560034 area. It’s an honest way to make a living, even if it gets a bit stressful sometimes. We try not to take ourselves too seriously while we work.
