Out here in Venkateshwarnagar, things are a bit quieter than in the main city center. We are located near Yelahanka Post, which is a decent area for a place like Monsanto Holdings Pvt. Ltd. to set up. We’ve been in this spot for a bit. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It's just a regular building where we handle our business affairs and manage various holdings. We do a lot of administrative work here. There’s always someone coming in or out with papers to sign or reports to check. Jakkur Obli has changed a lot since we first moved in; there's more construction now. We keep our operations pretty low-key. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our computers or in meetings talking about the different projects we have going on. It’s a lot of management stuff. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just a door and our name. The staff here is local, mostly people who live nearby. It makes the commute easy for them. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit hectic when multiple projects need attention at once. Usually, the afternoons are the busiest. We just get on with it, making sure the numbers add up and the legal side of things is handled properly. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied from morning till evening. We usually shut the lights off by six.
