Monolith Support Systems

At Monolith Support Systems, things are usually pretty steady. We are tucked away in Malleshwaram at Bhulabhai Desai Road 24/3. The neighborhood has a lot of character, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Our office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s mostly computers, cables running along the baseboards, and a few filing cabinets that have been here since we started. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. It’s a support job, so there’s always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help figuring out a system. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp through the afternoon slump. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of being in this part of town. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door so people know they’re at the right place. The walk up to the office is good for the legs, I suppose. We know the shopkeepers nearby, and we often grab lunch from the small place around the corner. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a corporate hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in when the work builds up. It can be stressful when multiple things break at once, but we just take them one by one until the board is clear. That is how we spend our days in Malleshwaram, just keeping everything running for people.
