Monarch Luxur

We have been running Monarch Luxur for quite some time now over in Kaggadasapura. It is situated right in the C.V. Raman Nagar area of Bangalore, which most people know is a pretty busy part of town. The building itself is just a regular spot where we try to keep things organized for whoever comes through the door. Most mornings start with us checking the guest list and making sure the rooms are swept and the sheets are changed. The traffic outside on the main road can get really loud during the evening rush, so we usually keep the windows shut to keep it a bit quieter inside. We don't have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a few of us working shifts to make sure someone is always there if a guest needs a spare key or some extra water. The staff here has been together for a while, and we just get on with the daily chores like fixing leaky taps or painting over scuffs on the walls. It’s a straightforward place to stay. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or trying to look like a big corporation. We just focus on the laundry, the kitchen, and making sure the lights stay on. People stop by for work or to visit relatives nearby, and we just give them a place to sleep and get some rest before they head out again.
