Our place, Monarch Bio-Fertilisers And Research Centre, is at 210 5Th A Cross in Kalyanangar. We are right in the Hrbr Extn. 3Rd Block area. It is a fairly quiet street most of the time, which is good for the kind of work we do. We have a lot of samples and papers lying around the office because we are always looking into things. It is not the cleanest or most organized place you have ever seen, but we know where everything is. The research side of things takes up a lot of our time, so the office can feel a bit like a lab sometimes. We are not a huge company with a fancy lobby. It is more of a place where people who know about bio-fertilisers come to talk shop. The neighbors in Kalyanangar are mostly families, so we try to keep things low-key. Sometimes the smell of the fertilisers is a bit strong, but we are used to it by now. We spend our days checking data and talking to people who use our products. It is a lot of small details that we have to get right. We do not have a marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us doing the research and making sure the products are okay. The building itself is just a standard spot on the cross road. It is a good enough place to work from every day and get things done.
