There are always new buildings going up around us, so the sound of hammers and drills is pretty common. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just wander in and ask about land or flats. We have a few desks, some large maps on the wall, and a very old water cooler that makes a loud noise every hour. The traffic in Koramangala - 34 is no joke, so we try to get here early before the roads get blocked. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans or talking to contractors who come by with dusty boots. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. It is a bit messy with all the rolled-up blueprints and coffee mugs sitting around, but we know where everything is. The light in the afternoon is quite nice through the front window, though it makes the room a bit warm. We just do our thing here, trying to get projects moving along without too much stress.
