We are over at Asha Residency, tucked right behind the Vinayaka Temple here in Madivala. If you know the Hosur Main Road area, you know how busy it gets, but once you turn off into our little spot at 17/22, things quiet down a bit. Mohit Software Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this part of Bangalore for a while now. Most days start with the sound of the bells from the temple next door. It’s a good way to get the morning going before the office fills up. We aren't a massive corporate skyscraper or anything fancy like that. It’s just us working out of this residency building. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache because of the narrow lanes, but we make it work. Most of our guys grab tea at the small stall down the road. It’s a very local vibe here in Madivala. You see the same people every day. We just focus on our code and the tasks at hand. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and more traffic on the main road. But we are still here in our same corner. It’s a practical place to be, really. Nothing too flashy, just a solid group of people doing our jobs and trying to beat the Bangalore traffic in the evening. We like it here because it feels real, not like those sterile tech parks.
