I’m Mohan, and you can find me over at 14 Shanthi Nagar. I’ve been working from this location for quite some time now. It’s a quiet enough spot, which helps when I need to concentrate on whatever project is on my desk. I don't run a big operation with lots of staff. It’s mostly just me handling the daily tasks and making sure things get finished. People in Shanthi Nagar know where the house is. I do a bit of everything, depending on what's needed that week. It’s not the kind of place with a big lobby or a receptionist. You just come to the door and we talk about what needs doing. I keep my tools and paperwork in order so I don't lose track of things. Some days are busier than others, especially when a few things come in at once. I try to keep a regular schedule, but sometimes the work takes a bit longer than I first thought. Shanthi Nagar has changed a bit over the years, but I’ve stayed put at number 14. It’s a comfortable place to work from. I don't see the need for a big office in the city center when I can do everything right here. It’s a simple way of doing business, face to face and honest. That’s just how I prefer to run things.
