We have our office here in Bangalore, specifically at No 144 in the 2nd Main, 1st Cross of KK Layout. It’s in the Papareddy Palya area of Nagarbhavi 2nd Stage. It’s a quiet residential-style neighborhood, which is nice for the kind of focus we need to do our jobs. We handle accounting and tax work for people around here. There are files and papers everywhere most of the time. It looks a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and spreadsheets. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but we’re used to it. People come to us when they are worried about their taxes or need their books sorted out. We don’t use a lot of jargon. We try to explain things simply so everyone knows what’s going on with their money. The office is small. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since the day we opened. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit to get back to work, but that's just how it is. We’ve seen many clients come and go over the years. Some have become friends. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us. We take things one client at a time. It's a lot of work during tax season. We often stay late and drink too much tea.
