Modicum Technologies Private Limited sits at 363 on the 19th Main Road. This is in the 1st Block of Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The 560010 area is pretty well connected, though the 19th Main can get jammed up during the school hours or when everyone is heading home in the evening. We have a pretty basic setup here. It’s not one of those modern glass boxes you see in the outskirts. It’s a solid building with walls that have seen a few monsoons. Inside, we have our computers and some old files stacked up. It’s mostly just us sitting around the big table talking through what needs to get done. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. People usually just knock and come in. There’s a tea stall just a few steps away where we usually end up at least twice a day. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you hear the sounds of the city like milk vans in the morning and kids playing in the evening. It’s a very normal way to run a business. We focus on our daily tasks and try not to get too distracted by everything going on outside. It’s a practical space for practical work, and it suits our needs just fine.
