Modern Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away at 904 3rd Cross on Magadi Chord Road. It’s a familiar spot for people living in Vijayanagar. The area has changed a lot since we started, but we are still in the same building. We have a small desk at the front where we keep the register. Most of the time, the TV in the corner is playing some local news or a movie to keep people occupied while they wait. It’s not a fancy setup at all. The floor is that old grey tile that you see in a lot of places around here. We have a few rooms in the back for consultations. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers a bit, and we have to give it a tap to stop. Our neighbors are mostly shops and other small businesses, so we see the same people every morning when we open the shutters. We try to stick to our hours, but sometimes things run late if there are a lot of people waiting. It’s just the way it goes. We don't use any complicated systems for appointments; most people just walk in and wait their turn. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it seems to work for the folks in this part of Vijayanagar. We just keep things moving as best as we can every day. Sometimes the rain leaks in near the door, but we just put a mat down and carry on.
