Model Infra Corporation Pvt.Ltd. has an office located at 6 SMK Chambers, on the second floor. We are on 1st A Main Road in Sec-A. It’s a pretty standard office building in a busy part of the city. When you walk up the stairs, you’ll find us surrounded by stacks of files and large maps pinned to the walls. We don't have a lot of modern decor or open-plan seating. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets for all the project papers we have to keep. Most of the time, the room is quiet except for the sound of typing or the occasional phone call. We handle a lot of the planning and paperwork side of infrastructure, so there are always blueprints rolled up in the corners. The light in the office isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. Parking on 1st A Main Road is always a bit of a struggle, so we usually get here quite early. We don't have a big kitchen, just a small corner with a kettle and some cups. Lunch is usually something we pick up from the shops nearby. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us making sure the projects stay on track. We don’t have much use for fancy titles or long presentations. We just look at the numbers, check the drawings, and get the documents sent out.
