Modakurichi Collective Farm Producer Company Limited

We’re Modakurichi Collective Farm Producer Company Limited, and our office is in the Brigade IRV Centre over in Whitefield. Specifically, we are in Unit 803. It’s a bit of a contrast being in a modern office building while dealing with farming and producers. We work with collective farms to help get their stuff sorted out. Whitefield is always busy, and the construction nearby never seems to stop. Inside our office, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our time talking to farmers and dealing with the logistics of what they produce. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things don’t go as planned because of weather or transport issues, and we have to scramble to fix it. We aren't corporate types in suits; most of us just wear regular clothes and try to get through the daily to-do list. We have a few files piled up on the desks and a coffee maker that’s seen better days. It’s a real job with real challenges. Being near Nalluru Halli means there’s always something going on outside. We just keep doing what we do, making sure the collective farm side of things stays moving. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s important work for the people involved in the farms. We’re just the office side of that big operation. We try to keep it simple and stay focused on the tasks we have each day.
